He founded Red Fish Media in 2004 (Acquired in 2017), an agency at the forefront of mobile technology, powering mobile engagement for brands like: Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, Google, Microsoft, Nike, M&M’s, Subaru, and many more. He is an accomplished speaker and has delivered talks at marque events such as: Sundance Film Festival, The Twitter Conference, Money 20/20, CES, SXSW, Shoptalk. Matt made the cover of BizBash magazine in 2015 as one of the most innovate marketing professionals in the US. He is a board member of the DENT Conference (Named top conference by Entrepreneur Magazine). He is also the founder of Imperial Moto, a speciality coffee shop and lifestyle brand.
Over 25 years of experience as an entertainment attorney and business affairs executive both as a private practice attorney and in-house. Formerly, Marc was a long time business affairs executive in the Motion Picture Group at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles, California, where he represented a large array of motion picture and television talent, athletes and musical artists, as well as new technology leaders in video games, social networks and e-commerce.
